One rental payment,
ranging from $25.00 to $60.00, plus tax, pays the first two months rental
and is applied to the purchase of the instrument.
You may pay the unpaid balance
of the instrument in full with a 20% discount, as long as the account is up
to date, or
Continue to rent the instrument monthly until it is paid in
full and you own the instrument. Most students will continue to
play the instrument they originally selected. However, should your child's teacher
conclude that your child is not progressing to his/her satisfaction, and if your teacher
recommends that your child try a different instrument, we will be happy to make the
exchange. We will apply all of your rent to the second instrument during the first
two months and a prorated amount if the exchange is made after two months. We
will exchange only once.
The rented instrument may be
returned to us at any time provided the rental payments are up-to-date. If you decide to
return the instrument, give it to your band director and notify us.
We will pick up the instrument at school.
One of our representatives is in
your band room once each week and can do most of the adjustments and normal repairs for
your child on the spot. Our band room service is FREE TO OUR
CUSTOMERS as part of our rental program.
We offer an optional maintenance
plan on our beginner instruments which covers the instruments against damage. The
cost of this service is $4.00 a month in addition to your rental payment and it does not
apply to the purchase.

Rental payments are
mailed directly to Gadsden Music Company or we are also capable of directly
debiting your checking or savings account on the day your payment comes due.

payments. If you do not payoff your instrument after the sixty day
trial and do not take advantage of the automatic payment option, we will send you a coupon book for you to
send your rental payment and a coupon each month to:
