Instrument Repairs

Gadsden Music Company is your go-to source for musical instrument repairs!

Our Repair Specialists are not only skilled craftsmen — they’re musicians who truly understand your instrument. They’re dedicated to providing outstanding service and care. You can bring your instrument to any Gadsden Music location for top-quality maintenance and repairs.

Our repair shop is where instruments get the expert care they need to look, sound, and play their best. In this video, we’ll share a little about the work we do and the team who makes it happen.

Our Process (in store):

1

Drop off your instrument

Upon arrival at our store, a sales associate will check in your instrument in the back-left of the store.* They will create a service ticket with the instrument serial number and any information that pertains to your repair or service.

2

Instrument Repair
Once in our shop, our staff will check, play test and diagnose your instrument. Most repairs can be done within an hour, others take a little longer. Your repair tech will inform you on when you can pick it up!

3

Pick up your instrument
A sales associate will call when your instrument is ready to be picked up. If you are in a school we service, we can have one of our road reps deliver it to the school for you!

Our Process (Rental Program):

1

Road Representative

We have dedicated Road Representatives that visit schools that we service almost weekly! If your student has an issue, the road rep can look over the instruments and usually fix it on site! For more extreme cases, he/she will bring it in to the store.
