Upon arrival at our store, a sales associate will check in your instrument in the back-left of the store.* They will create a service ticket with the instrument serial number and any information that pertains to your repair or service.
We have dedicated Road Representatives that visit schools that we service almost weekly! If your student has an issue, the road rep can look over the instruments and usually fix it on site! For more extreme cases, he/she will bring it in to the store.
Once in our shop, our repair techs will check, play test and diagnose your instrument. Most repairs are fixed within the week and available for delivery the next time the road rep visits the school.
If you are renting the instrument from Gadsden Music Company and have the Warranty* on your instrument, then the repair is usually covered or greatly discounted.
