As of May 1st, 2020, all three Gadsden Music locations will be open to the public. We are asking that all customers continue to practice good social distancing by staying 6-feet apart and reduce physical contact with instruments in our stores. We will take every precaution in sanitizing and cleaning the stores as much as possible. Instrument Returns and Repair Drop-offs within the store will be available starting tomorrow. The number of customers allowed in the store will be limited based on location. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS will be open for you to use. Curbside pick-up is still available at all 3 locations.
Use of masks are encourage, but please use them correctly! DO NOT touch your face or adjust your mask. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention does not recommend wearing gloves to fight coronavirus, but people are wearing them anyway. If you do wear gloves, dispose of the gloves safely and do not reuse the gloves from location-to-location that you visit.
As of today at 5PM, our stores are closed to the public, but the business office will remain open for you to make payments, order items for shipment, and ask questions. The online store will remain fully functional for you to purchase items for your students or yourself. You can also make payments online by connecting your website account to the store account (See C2B Request Service).
As Governor Kay Ivey issued today, all non-essential stores must close their doors to the public. During this time, our business office will still be available for online orders, web payments, and phone calls. We will NOT however be able to open our doors to you to shop, come in to make payments, or return an instrument. The following procedures will go into effect on March 28th at 5PM.
There are still ways to make payments on your instrument rental.
Online Web Payments are the fastest and easiest method for you during anytime. Simply create an account on our website and set-up the C2B Account Access. Please note the C2B Access is not automated and may take up to 24hrs to complete.
Our business office will still be open to take your calls and payments over the phone via a Credit or Debit Card.
Business Office hours will be
Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 5PM CST.
This is the slowest and least preferred option, but the option is still available for you. You can mail in your payments via a Check or Money order to our Gadsden Location. The easiest address is our PO Box listed below:
Gadsden Music Company
P.O. Box 132
Gadsden, AL 35902
If you are set up on AutoPay, there is no additional input from you! You can always call to check the status of your account and to find the account balance.
ALL RETURNS must be mailed via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS to our Gadsden Location.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC, WE CANNOT ACCESS YOUR INSTRUMENT FROM THE SCHOOL. As the parent that signed the contract of the rental, you are responsible for the return of the instrument. You can contact your school administrators to work out a way to retrieve your student's instrument.
Please mail instruments back to:
Gadsden Music Company
607 Broad Street
Gadsden, AL 35901
Our online store is still active for you to purchase necessities for your instrument. Reeds, Mouthpieces, Valve Oil, Cleaning Kits, and much more is available under the Shop Now section of our website. School Delivery and In-Store Pick-up is suspended indefinitely until further notice.
Instruments are still being repaired and we are still accepting new repairs. To schedule a repair, please contact the store to schedule a time for curbside drop off. You can simply contact the business office for scheduling a time and we will forward the message to our stores. Adjusted store hours are below.
